Registration includes access to attend the 6th annual Symposium on Hidradenitis Suppurativa Advances (SHSA) online meeting event platform, September 24-26, 2021. Access may include plenary sessions, oral abstract presentations, poster presentations, networking chat rooms, satellite symposia, advisory boards, exhibit and sponsor areas, documents, videos, audio recordings, and other assets unless otherwise restricted by the event organizers for legal or regulatory compliance.
On demand access to recorded sessions for the three months following the meeting is not included and may be purchased as an add on.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By registering online, you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of registration.
You will receive confirmation of registration upon receipt of completed online form and payment before the deadline for registration at 12:00 pm EDT on Monday, September 20, 2021.
ONLINE EVENT ACCESS
You will receive instructions on how to access the online event platform approximately one week prior to the start of the meeting.
Registration fees will be refunded less a $20 + applicable taxes administration fee for written refund requests received by email on or before Friday, August 6, 2021. A 50% refund will apply for written cancellations received by email on or before to Friday, August 27, 2021. No refunds will apply for cancellations received after August 27, 2021. Cancellation requests should be submitted to the SHSA Admin at email@example.com with Cancellation Request in the subject line.
CONDITIONS & LIABILITY
The 6th annual SHSA co-hosts; the Canadian Hidradenitis Suppurative Foundation (CHSF) and the Hidradenitis Suppurativa Foundation (HSF) and its appointed suppliers act as agents for, and make arrangements with, companies providing services and other independent parties to provide registrants with the activities as described here and on the event website Although great care is taken to choose suppliers, we are unable to control them directly and, therefore, cannot be responsible for their acts or omissions. A failure to supply the activity or service or a deficiency in same or damages which may arise during such activity are not the responsibility of the 6th annual SHSA co-hosts and their appointed suppliers and the submission of a registration form is based on this limitation.
The 6h annual SHSA co-hosts, its employees, officers, volunteers, directors, contracted staff, contracted companies and agents cannot assume responsibility for any claims, losses, damages, costs or expense arising out of injury, accident or death, loss or damage to property, delay or inconvenience arising from any matters referred to herein.
CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION
1. It is agreed that the 6th annual SHSA co-hosts, its employees, officers, volunteers, directors, contracted staff, contracted companies and agents shall not be held liable or responsible for any loss or damages, however caused by any person engaged by, participating in, or attending the 6th annual SHSA online meeting for any reason, no matter how caused.
2. It is agreed that the 6th annual SHSA co-hosts, its employees, agents, volunteers, directors and officers reserve the right to refuse admission, cancel or reschedule programs, change speakers or location, or revise content at any time. Decisions regarding the necessity for such decisions shall be taken by the 6th annual SHSA co-hosts or its agents at their sole discretion and shall be final.
CODE OF CONDUCT
The 6th Annual Symposium on Hidradenitis Suppurativa Advances (SHSA) is dedicated to providing a safe environment for the exchange of ideas while providing a positive experience for all event participants regardless of their race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, religious beliefs, age, or ability.
All attendees should be mindful of their conduct when engaging directly or indirectly with fellow participants. Everyone is expected to behave in a way that creates a safe and supportive environment by being respectful and considerate of fellow attendees, speakers, moderators, sponsors and organizers. Derogatory comments, discriminatory, offensive, threatening or harassing speech and/or behavior are prohibited, including and not limited to race, gender identity, religion, sexual orientation, age, and ability. Inappropriate comments/advancements or stalking of fellow attendees will not be tolerated. Nudity is prohibited
Inappropriate speech and/or behaviour will not be tolerated. Any attendee who engages in this behaviour will be removed from the event. This Code of Conduct may be revised at any time by the SHSA organizers.
